Fee Committee

 

Functions:

  1. Deliberates matters related to instructional and other fees charged students for special services, excluding operating fees, S & A fees, or student loan fees.

  2. Reviews proposals for new fees and the administration of existing fees, and recommends the establishments of new fees and the discontinuation or moderation of existing fees.

  3. At the request of the President or Provost, reviews other matters related to fees and makes recommendations.

  4. The committee meets as necessary.

Composition and Tenure:

  1. Two faculty members, with three-year terms. (F)

  2. One graduate student and one undergraduate student, with one-year terms. (G-U)

  3. Special Asst. to the Provost who serves as chair; Executive Director, Planning & Budget; Registrar; and one academic dean for an indefinite term. (X)
